The Fat is Melting Off (Day 5 of 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge)

DAY 5 of my Body By Vi 90 Days Challenge and the fat already seems to be melting off of me. When I put my hands on my hips they feel so much smaller. I haven’t kicked up my exercise as much as I wanted to yet because …well….life happens and I just haven’t. But the good news is I have stuck to my 2 shakes a day plan and it is working.
If you’re ready for your fat to melt away you should join the challenge with me. It would be great to have people to share results with.

DAY 4 of my Body By Vi 90 Days Challenge and I noticed that I have lost the the ‘snacking’ feelings I used to have. I haven’t eaten any chips or snacky foods. I just don’t have the urge, it could be mental cause I wanna do good, and it could be physical cause I just don’t crave junk food. I get full faster for sure. Energy is waaay up already.
If you need more energy and want to lose weight you should join the challenge.

Visalus Shake Recipe – Cafe Mocha

What a refreshing way to end the week. A Cafe Mocha Vi-Shake!
Here’s the Recipe:
- 2 rounded scoops of Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
- 1 tsp of instant coffee or 8-10 oz. cold coffee
- 1-2 tsp cocoa powder (or cocoa mix)
- 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk (or use non-fat milk, soy milk or water) I like almond milk best
- 4-6 ice cubes
Remember to blend it real well. The key to a great shake is blending!

Fast Weight Loss (Day 2 of 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge)

Today was one of those days where you just don’t feel like getting out of bed. I wanted it to be Saturday but unfortunately it wasn’t even Friday. It’s only Thursday. It is my 2nd day of the challenge and although I wanted to stay in bed all day I couldn’t wait to weigh myself. I know you shouldn’t do it every day but it is just too exciting to wait when you’re feeling so great.
I’m happy to report I am down 1 more pound today. That’s 2 lbs in 2 days! And I have not felt hungry. I love Body By Vi

1st day of the 90 day challenge where I hope to lose 30 pounds and lower my blood pressure. I woke up feeling great. I blended up a delicious strawberry shake before I left for work this morning and this evening I had a blueberry shake. They were both great.
The shake options are endless. I bet you could do the 90 day challenge, have a shake a day and not drink the same shake twice!!

Weight Loss – 90 Day Challenge
Healthy drinking produces healthy weight loss.
The number of overweight kids and adults grows daily in the United States because it is impossible to have weight loss and stay healthy when the diet consists of processed and junk foods. Weight loss does not have to be boring, but it does have to be a program that is in line with your body’s system. If it’s not, then you become a member of the Yo-yo club where you might try a fad diet and lose 20 pounds, but then as soon as you go back to your normal foods, the 20 pounds comes right back on again.
Many people continue in this syndrome for years and then finally give up because there is no permanent weight loss.

The fact is that the continual weight gain and weight loss actually hurts the body more than the weight loss ever helped. This is a sugar-high from sugar calories, and within the next hour they crash and have no energy left. Weight loss is impossible eating only sugar-filled foods. They are called empty calories because they have no vitamins, minerals or enzymes contained in them to feed the cells and tissues in the body, and this is unhealthy whether it is used in children’s snacks, or in weight loss.
The object is to cut out the empty calories when your lower your food intake in weight loss because they are worthless calories.
They actually feed your fat cells, and you end up gaining weight instead of loosing weight, even if you are consuming fewer empty calorie foods. A healthy weight loss plan, like Body by Vi’s 90 day challenge, will equip you with the right weight loss tools for your weight loss success.
Hopefully, you are not too confused with calories. When they do, you feel satisfied, and you actually eat less and the result is weight loss. In addition, there are no extra calories to be stored in the fat cells. If you chose the bag of cookies, then the result is a sugar high and a loss of energy after an hour because only the fat cells were fed, but the body received no good nutrients or vitamins. Hence, if you chose the sandwich over a period of a month, or six months, the fat cells are in weight loss and you’re achieving some gradual weight loss. Make healthy choices for all your meals, and your weight loss will be greater.
It is these types of choices that keep us on track to a healthy way of life and a weight loss plan that keeps the weight off. Choosing fresh and healthy foods on a daily basis is a lot of fun! There are a rainbow of colors, textures and flavors to mix and match that you will choose long after your initial weight loss. The Yo-yo syndrome is in the past now, and Body by Vi’s shakes and nutrients supply your body with good fuel. Your friends will be asking, “What is your weight loss secret?”
